Exciting news for the real estate industry! The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Delhi has signed an MOU with the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) to establish the National Institute for Real Estate Development (NIRED). This institute will offer courses to train promoters, builders, real estate agents, allottees, and all other stakeholders in the industry. The goal is to promote the adoption of best practices and create greater awareness of the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act 2016 among industry professionals.

NAREDCO collaborated with National Institute of Defence Estate Management (NIDEM) to promote training & capacity building of professionals engaged in sustainable Real Estate development practices and management. NIDEM will be providing the necessary infrastructure support for exchange of ideas and best practices and creating a pool of trained professionals in the field of Real Estate and Urban Development, in the country. The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which represents a significant partnership between the two top organizations in the real estate and design sectors and aims to promote high-quality and sustainable development practices throughout India. They will work together on upcoming conferences and events as they elevate the real estate and interior design sectors.

NAREDCO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Academy of Construction (NAC) - Andhra Pradesh.

The collaboration will help both parties improve skilling initiatives in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
