NAREDCO President, Shri Rajan Bandelkar, had a meeting with Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Govt. of India. During the interatcion, He introduced NAREDCO and presented Adiyogi to the Honourable Minister.

The national leadership of NAREDCO had a meeting with Shri Manoj Joshi, Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, to discuss various issues in the real estate sector. The topics covered during the meeting were:

1.Growth of commercial real estate.

2.Allowing pending assessments in the Nipun project.

3.GST recommendations in the real estate sector.

Exciting news for the real estate industry! The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Delhi has signed an MOU with the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) to establish the National Institute for Real Estate Development (NIRED). This institute will offer courses to train promoters, builders, real estate agents, allottees, and all other stakeholders in the industry. The goal is to promote the adoption of best practices and create greater awareness of the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act 2016 among industry professionals.

NAREDCO collaborated with National Institute of Defence Estate Management (NIDEM) to promote training & capacity building of professionals engaged in sustainable Real Estate development practices and management. NIDEM will be providing the necessary infrastructure support for exchange of ideas and best practices and creating a pool of trained professionals in the field of Real Estate and Urban Development, in the country. The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which represents a significant partnership between the two top organizations in the real estate and design sectors and aims to promote high-quality and sustainable development practices throughout India. They will work together on upcoming conferences and events as they elevate the real estate and interior design sectors.
 

NAREDCO Leadership Mr. Sunil Chandra Reddy, President of NAREDCO State Chapter Telangana, Mr. Satish Kumar, President of NAREDCO State Chapter Karnataka and Ms. Preeti Singh, NAREDCO Deputy Director General along with President of Indian plumbing association Mr. Gurmit Singh attended the Indian Plumbing Association Summit held on 20th January 2023 at Bangalore.

NAREDCO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Academy of Construction (NAC) - Andhra Pradesh.

The collaboration will help both parties improve skilling initiatives in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
