NEW DELHI: India's first Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM-REIT) is expected to be listed on stock exchanges within the next six months, enabling small investors to have fractional ownership of rent-yielding properties by investing as low as Rs 10 lakh, according to NAREDCO.
जमीन-जायदाद के विकास से जुड़ी कंपनियों के शीर्ष निकाय नारेडको ने कहा है कि देश के पहले लघु और मझोले रियल एस्टेट निवेश ट्रस्ट (रीट) के अगले छह महीने के भीतर शेयर बाजारों में सूचीबद्ध होने की उम्मीद है। इसमें छोटे निवेशक महज 10 लाख रुपये का निवेश कर किराये पर लगने वाली संपत्तियों में आंशिक स्वामित्व हासिल कर सकेंगे।
