The pandemic has enabled a deep shift in the way living and workspaces are designed and built. It has enabled us to re-evaluate the concept of work and home, leading to the emergence of the so-called &lsquothird spaces.&rsquo The flexible space market in the post-pandemic world will be a blended model which is expected to deliver work-life balance, with agility being a key priority for occupiers. There has been a paradigm shift where occupiers' space decisions are constantly evolving to meet business and personal needs. Several factors, from demand to flexibility to investment, will magnify the prospects of well-managed shared spaces in the future.
