Realtors hope for turnaround in fortunes post polls The Times of India
Realtors in Vizag city and surrounding districts are looking forward to a revival in demand for housing and office space after June (after election results). However, experts ruled out an immediate easing of slowdown and expressed that the demand would be revived only in the medium term after the economy picks up pace. A majority of the realtors and property investors in city and other parts of the state have been awaiting the election results to be announced on June 4.
