The Thane Municipal Commissioner, Saurabh Rao, issued a warning of stern action against assistant commissioners if they fail to take action on illegal constructions within their respective areas.
The warning was issued by Rao during a closed-door meeting with civic officials recently.
Talking to Bizz Buzz, Prashant Sharma, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra says, “The Thane Municipal Commissioner’s stern directive to curb illegal constructions is a much-needed step towards ensuring planned urban development and upholding the integrity of real estate regulations.”
