The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) was established in 1998 as an autonomous and self-regulatory apex body under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. For the first time, NAREDCO Gujarat is set to organize the largest property fest in Gujarat from December 20 to 22, 2024. The event will take place near Vaishnodevi circle towards Ognaj Toll Plaza, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Ahmedabad. This three-day event will be a remarkable opportunity for property enthusiasts, investors, and homebuyers. For the first time, participating developers will offer a 0% stamp duty benefit on property bookings made during the fest.
