Godrej Properties acquires seven-acre land in Bengaluru’s Indiranagar extension

Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has acquired a 7-acre land parcel in Indiranagar extension in Bengaluru. The plot has total development potential of around 6 lakh sq ft and estimated booking value potential of Rs 750 crore.
The company is planning to develop the plot as a premium residential project comprising apartments of various configurations.
“Indiranagar is an important micro market for us...This will further strengthen our presence in Bengaluru and complement our strategy of deepening our presence in key micro markets across India's leading cities,” said Mohit Malhotra, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties.
