HUDA to hold e-auction of 26 plots on July 27

After receiving poor response in the e-auction of commercial properties and mixed response in the auction of residential properties, the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) will now conduct e-auction of 26 plots — 20 residential and six institutional plots, on July 27.


In the recent auction of residential properties, HUDA had managed to sell 24 residential properties and earned Rs 37.50 crore.


Now on July 27, HUDA will auction institutional sites of clinics and schools in Sector 4, Sector 4 Mansa Devi Complex (MDC) and Sector 17.


The residential plots are located in Sectors 21, 25 and 26. There are three plots in 14-marla, eight in 10-marla, two in 8-marla and seven in 6-marla categories.


Registration till July 25


The auction will begin on July 27 at 9 am and will end at 2 pm. Registration for e-auction has already started on July 12 and will continue till July 25.  — TNS


Residential properties


In Sector 21, the reserve price of 10-marla plot is Rs 83.60 lakh while for 6-marla it is Rs 56.16 lakh. In Sector 25, the reserve price of 10-marla plot ranges from Rs 1.15 to Rs 1.17 crore, 14-marla plot from Rs 1.84 crore to Rs 2.01 crore and of 6-marla plot from Rs 77 lakh to Rs 88 lakh. In Sector 26, 10-marla plot has a reserve price in the range of Rs 1.17 crore to Rs 1.28 crore while for an 8-marla plot, it is Rs 90.72 lakh and for 6-marla from Rs 77 lakh to Rs 88 lakh.


Institutional properties


For Sector 4 nursery school site of 2,791.74 sq mt, the reserve price is Rs 6.28 crore, while it is Rs 2.25 crore for clinic site of 500 sq mt in the same sector. For Sector 4 Mansa Devi Complex nursery school site of 1,294.72 sq mt, the reserve price is Rs 2.91 crore and for clinic sites of 237.6 sq mt in Sector 17, it is Rs 1.06 crore.
